Tom Bouwer is a seasoned entrepreneur and business advisor who has founded and operated three of his own companies. Tom has worked with a diverse range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. He has nearly three decades of global management and consulting experience across multiple industries which helps him quickly identify and solve chronic issues that keep a company from achieving optimal success. 

As a teacher, facilitator, and coach, Tom spends most of his time as a Certified EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams administer EOS in their companies. He is co-author of the books, What the Heck is EOS? with Gino Wickman and Profit Works: Unravel the Complexity of Incentive Plans to Increase Employee Productivity, Cultivate an Engaged Workforce, and Maximize Your Company’s Potential with Alex Freytag. He earned his BA from Hope College and MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

James Cridland is the Editor of Podnews, a daily podcast newsletter. He is a radio futurologist — a writer, consultant, and public speaker on radio and new media’s future. He has worked in radio and audio since 1989 as an award-winning copywriter, radio presenter, and internet strategist. He launched the world’s first streaming radio smartphone app in March 2005 for the original Virgin Radio in London, launching daily podcasts earlier that year.

In 2007, James joined the BBC working on the BBC iPlayer for radio, achieving a dramatic increase in the service’s audio quality. He founded Human Capital in 1997, which he grew into a nationwide player with annual revenue of $170 million in 2007, and later sold it at the end of 2007.

Art Bell was the Founder of Comedy Central and former President of Court TV. He is a writer and former media executive known for creating, building, and managing successful cable television channels. While working at HBO, Art pitched the idea of a 24-hour comedy network and helped develop and launch HBO’s The Comedy Channel, which became Comedy Central. He went on to hold senior executive positions in both programming and marketing. 

After leaving Comedy Central, Art became President of Court TV, where he was a guiding force behind one of the most successful brand evolutions in cable television. In addition to writing, Art plays piano and drums and co-hosts The Constant Comedy Podcast with Art Bell and Vinnie Favale. His memoir is Constant Comedy: How I Started Comedy Central and Lost My Sense of Humor.

Jon Sherman is the Co-founder and CEO of Sticky's Finger Joint, a New York-based chicken finger restaurant chain. He started his career working in finance for J.P. Morgan and Bridgewater Associates before hearing the call of the chicken fingers. With zero restaurant experience — but a dream of building the best chicken finger experience on Earth — Jon opened the first Sticky's in 2012. Over the last eight years, Sticky's has grown to 14 locations throughout New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. It has also been featured on the Food Network, Travel Channel, and ABC, and hosted events featuring the likes of Big Boi, Travis Scott, and Sheck Wes.
